Celebrity trainer and health coach Latreal Mitchell’s initial designs were on a modeling career, but oftentimes another dream and path takes one on an entirely different direction. As a celebrity fitness expert (one of her clients is Michael Strahan) and a trainer on Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian, Mitchell is accustomed to motivating and supporting people. Here’s a quick simple glute exercise that doesn’t require a gym! Single Leg Glute Bridge is great for firming the booty, but the bridge is also important for improving core stabilization while the hips are extending. This is very important in prevention of lower back pain, because the lumbar spine must be stabilized during lower body extension to reduce strain on the lower back. 3×10 each side, push up through the heel and squeeze the glute at the top of the movement. #ToneUpTuesday #LaTips #RevengeBody
“A big piece of the ride is people getting to see what they go through. Every single person has a challenge with trying to lose weight or getting healthy,” says Mitchell about Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian. “You get to see the best coaches in the industry get them through (the process) and I think a lot of people will walk away and learn from this and be a little bit more inspired with this (program) than other weight loss shows out there. They’re not in a controlled environment. They have to incorporate everything we tell them to do into their every day life.”
As for her own ride, Mitchell had to gradually pay her dues before attaining her current level of success.
