RMPConcerts Hits Hollywood’s The Hudson Theatres August 19

If you’re in the mood for some live music (who wouldn’t want to hear a sax and harp played during a La-La Land evening?), RMPConcerts (Rising Monarch Production Concerts) is holding a live performance this Saturday at The Hudson Theatres.

Created by professional opera and Broadway singer Jenness Rouse, RMPConcerts showcases an array of talented musicians and actors as they explore a central theme each given show (hence the Proustian moniker “Times and Seasons”).

Rouse is hosting the August event and will be accompanied by her RMPConcert Band. Willy & Maïwenn Ekoué, who play the aforementioned sax and harp, are among the event’s featured performers. As for Rouse, she’s a talented singer (as witnessed by her rendition of the Stephen Sondheim classic “Send in the Clowns”).
Tickets are $15 via Jenness Rouse’s official website or via the official Facebook page (it’s $20 at the door on the day of). Check out the video below as Rouse gives the details on the August 19th concert of RMPConcerts:
