Severide’s (Taylor Kinney) bond with Chicago is tried and true and that apple doesn’t far from the tree with Kinney. The Chicago Fire star has lived in the city for five years, and though he’ll always have a traveling spirit, he’s found a new home (figuratively and literally). Check out the video below, Kinney talks about his bond with the Windy City.
Chicago Fire returns for its fifth season on October 11 (NBC, 10/9c), and actor Jesse Spencer attended NBC Universal’s latest TCA press tour and talked about the show. Along with being part of a successful program, Spencer has found his footing in Chicago. He elaborates on his affection for the Midwest after the jump.
Before his current run as Detective Jay Halstead on Chicago P.D., Jesse Lee Soffer cut his teeth as a child actor working in feature films (Matinee, Safe Passage, The Brady Bunch Movie) and in Soaps (Guiding Light, As The World Turns). During the NBC Universal Summer Press Tour I asked Soffer if he found any differences amidst the acting communities of New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
Sophia Bush is part of the talented ensemble behind Chicago P.D., and last season’s finale had Lindsay (Bush) caught up in a career crisis after handing Voight (Jason Beghe) her badge. But with Halstead’s (Jesse Lee Soffer) life endangered, Lindsay’s days with the unit is far from over.
