This Is Us, the story of several people who share the same birthday, premieres tonight (NBC, 10/9c). To give any other plot details would be a disservice to the well written and acted program, and tonight’s pilot features wonderful, gut-wrenching work from Milo Ventimiglia. Co-starring Milo Ventimiglia and Mandy Moore, the program centers on several people who share the same birthday. With Dan Fogelman, co-writer of Crazy, Stupid, Love and director/scribe of Danny Collins, serving as the showrunner, This Is Us will should hit on all creative cylinders.
